Awesome gym. Family owned. Has all equipment you could ever need. I’ve lived in Seattle for 3 years now and I have looked for a gym like this one since I moved here. Glad I finally found one.
It's intense! Everyone is moving and putting in the work! No one is left out, it's one big team here.
Everybody is extremely nice and polite and helpful. Was just my first day there they just opened excellent place
No nonsense facility with everything one needs to develop, maintain, and advance your physical condition and health.
Nice as they come own meet me at the door it is clean and friendly also big pluse 24 hour access
