Erin Kincaid of New York

I paid a $500 deposit for my wedding dress and this place closed down at the same time as Monte Cristo ballroom, leaving many couples and brides without the services they had already paid for. I never got my money back or my dress. Erin Kincaid is one and the same with Monte Cristo ballroom. My phone calls and emails went unanswered. This place is 100% a scam. The website calls it a flagship store, and has an international map of “National Locations” but the Everett store is indeed the one and only location, making the name “Erin Kincaid of New York” even more ridiculous.

I got my beautiful dream dress at Erin Kincaid. They have their own line of dresses and custom made to your measurements. My friend went here got her dress also, she is a bigger girl, size 24. They had no problem at all fitting her for the perfect dress. The store is beautiful and they have private appointments. Highly recommend

I got my dress here with Kelly, the bridal consultant who I swear is an angel! I was worried that it was going to take me a long time to find the dress that I like, I went to a few stores before I came to this one and surprisingly was able to find a dress within the first few that I tried. I just described to her what I wanted and she brought me so many dresses, I know it was only about 10 but it felt like a hundred. Let me tell you, trying on dresses is no joke! It's real work but I was determined to be a hundred and 10% happy with my choice. Luckily Kelly seem to know exactly what I needed and it was a wonderful process for both me and my friends and family who are there with me. I would do it all again in a heartbeat, there is no feeling like finding your perfect dress. I chose and drop waist ball gown with lace sleeves and open back, and I wish that it wasn't strange to wear a wedding dress and the other day except for your wedding because I wish I could wear it all the time haha! No other piece of clothing that I own makes me look as good as this dress! I would say in comparison to other shops, the pricing here is really good and the quality is even better. I got to order my dress and not just pick one from the store but it came really quickly and it fit me like a dream, no alterations even needed! Thank you to Kelly especially for making the process so wonderful!

I wish someone had told me about this dress store earlier. I feel like I just wasted time looking at other places because when I walked in here, the first thing was excellent service with Kelly, the manager of the store who helped me personally. The next amazing thing about the store was the fact that I had so, so many choices of gorgeous dresses to choose from. The icing on the cake was the fact that the dresses were really affordable. You would never think it by looking at them but compared to other stores these dresses were very well priced. I ended up with a dress but I never thought I would actually like the style of, and it looks so perfect on the day of and in my pictures!!! Thank you Kelly for making the process so enjoyable, and thank you Erin Kincaid of New York for the absolutely beautiful dress that made me feel like a Queen for a day.

I am one of those brides you see on Say Yes to the Dress that cannot make a decision to save their lives, the bride you sure about that goes to all of the stores in the area and try as long as many dresses as possible and still cannot find what they want. I came here to Erin Kincaid of New York and they had quite the selection of you need two dresses that I had not seen at other stores, I found a dress that was pretty close to what I had envisioned in my mind but have yet to find. I was able to actually change the beating on the dress and have it made with a corset instead of zipper. There were a few other minor adjustments that I had made, the dress ear are made completely custom to each person. Oh my God. Every single wedding dress store should have the ability to do this. When my dress came a few months later, it fit almost perfectly and actually did not need any alterations at all! My friend had told me she spent almost $700 on alterations of a dress that she had bought off the rack in her size. Bridal sizes seem to be a lot different. Anyways, I highly, highly recommend checking out this dress store. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!
