We’re extremely happy with our experience at ONB. We dropped the car off knowing they were really busy and it might take a few days to get to us. Two days later they called to let us know what was up, then later on to let us know it was ready. It was a fair price and exceptional service. I highly recommend ONB.

I am always very cautious about auto repair shops as I've had bad experiences. ONB was amazing. Super friendly service, amazing prices. Summer, the lady at the front desk was really great. I dont think ill take my car anywhere else after having this experience with ONB. Thank you guys!

I needed to have an engine mount replaced in my Ford Escape and it had to be done quick. ONB was able to see me first thing the next day. They had me in and out in an hour! Although it was a little more expensive than I was quoted from other shops they were fast and friendly and did the job right.

ONB Automotive Repair always does the best work and never take advantage of me. Mike and the mechanics are simply the best and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have a 2002 Bonneville. They dont make my car anymore, lol. When my power steering went out I thought it would be an easy fix. Nope. The bolts holding the pulley to the pump just spun. Had to take it to a shop. My cousin took his car here and really liked they service. So this is where I took mine. The bracket was broken. Snapped. This part is obsolete so they took it to a machine shop to be repaired. I was dreading the quote call. When I received it I was surprised it was actually a decent price! Lower than what I expected. It's really nice to know there is a local shop that I can rely on for fair pricing, quality(and timely) work with even better customer relations. Summers communication with me was phenomenal and I appreciate everyone at ONB for helping me. Especially in our state and countries current state. They are honest and fair. I cant say how much I appreciate that being the only one who is working right now.
