I went into the store and the manager nicely offered to give me an espresso shot drink for 99 cents. I greatly appreciated it. everytime I will go into the store I would get an espresso shot drink for $0.99. I would also buy pastries or coffee or other things.nnthis being Everett I should not be surprised that it didn't take long for the other staff to be offended that I thought I could get a 99 cent espresso shot drink. I was yelled at and treated rudely and told that I should not be ordering that. I was treated with disgust and given a mean face and when I left the store the rude employee loudly pointed me out in front of other customers.nnI don't know what is wrong with the negative people in Everett but first of all, I did not ask for that drink, it was offered to me by the manager. So I had no way of knowing whether that was the correct price or not. second of all there is never an excuse for your rude employees to yell at a customer and it better not happen to me again. I don't know what kind of stupid you have to be to think that you are making Starbucks richer by yelling at a customer.nnI will not be frequenting that Starbucks anymore except for when I am with my physically disabled clients, but you better believe that I will make sure that we are treated like gold. thank you to the manager for opening me up to feeling bad because your staff thinks that it's okay to scold people that they think are getting something at a reduced price. You better be making your drinks perfect from now on.nnAnd to those employees who yelled at me and treated me rudely just try and do that again and see what happens. I'm not going to let Everett people ruin a Starbucks experience. There is never an excuse for you to yell at or to treat a paying customer in a hostile way. Watch what happens when it happens again.nnI should never have been offered a cheaper price drink by someone but there was no way of knowing that that was incorrect. Take your Everett aggression out on somebody who deserves it. I will never be treated with disgust or disrespect by your unprofessional staff again. Consider yourself warned.
