REALLY BITTER about this place. I came here for the promotion but as I parked my car, my baby sister starts asking to use the bathroom. When I came inside, I talked to an older lady at this location who told me that we could not use the bathroom. I had to beg to let my baby sister use the bathroom.nI understand that no one likes letting everyone come and go just to use the bathroom. However, we are buying drinks and it looks like they had let plenty of people use the bathroom beforehand from how overflowing the trash can is...nnI had to beg to let an child use the bathroom... really nice customer service if you ask me... BTW no signs about “NO public bathroom”

I was excited to find they opened a DingTea in Lakewood as I am familiar with the brand overseas. The shop was clean and very spacious. They had a cute backdrop area on the side to take fun social media photos. Drinks were good without being overwhelmingly sweet at a regular level. With some minor flaws. They never have what is advertised, their customer service can be lackluster, and their initially was some issues with their promos. I go here quite often and these guys always have something going on, whether they are out of a product or their servers having a bad day. I guess there is always HiBubbleTea down the road. ud83dude15

Boba was pretty good. A lot of false advertisements going on though. They have a lot of things posted up but none of them are available. You cant get any other drinks into slushies because the workers cant comprehend how it works. Its pretty upsetting since their teas are pretty good. I would recommend the hi bubble tea around the corner. The customer service is much better there.

I have always loved Ding Tea and actively seek it out whenever I go to new cities or travel. This spot didnt disappoint!nI had the Taro Milk Tea which was spot on as always with an added spritz of the sea foam. My partner had a Hokkaido Black Tea which was downed faster than it was made.nThe staff were extremely nice and the drinks came up quickly without much of a wait at all. The restaurant was clean as I've grown to expect and I'll be coming back here.nDidnt know there were promotions going on this week because we didnt know they were opening. I assume the Covid situation made it difficult to open so we had been waiting for months for a real opening date.nYummy!
