Had to change my review... having a park model built by them is challenging at best. Integrity is not a strength. One owner has a problem with truth. Amazing talent and workmanship, but that does not cancel out the blatant lies. Very sad to see such a disconnect in this group of people. No problem taking our money, but serious issue providing the end product. Be wary. Might be best to not commit to a build here unless you have a time agreement that is specific to a certain deadline. If they don’t complete on time, they pay you a daily late fee. Our home was supposed to deliver Nov 9th, 2018. We still don’t have it, and probably won’t for a couple more weeks if we’re lucky.

There is a lot of 5 star, talented people & quality craftsmanship!!nBut a total disconnect & accountability with ownership & management. It totally ties the hands of customer service.nGet a firm contract, with all DETAILS & DATES in writing & have an attorney look it over before you sign it.
My original review was based on 3 visits to the business which has since changed its name. Based on current and recent reviews by actual customers I doubt we will be using this business but are looking at a company in Oregon.
