Nick is my hero! I’m 250 miles from home, 50 miles to go. Flat tire. I pulled in just as they were closing. Nick kept open to change out my tire, found a new one and was on it fast! Thank you Nick. Give that man a raise!

These guys were great! I called on my way home from work to see if they could squeeze me in at the end of the day because my windshield wipers suddenly stopped working. They fit me in and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. They were very polite, courteous, and honest. I plan to come here for any future car service needs!

Just had some work done on my vehicle at the new Poulsbo Firestone store. I was very impressed with the manager Jim and his crew. They had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Jim mentioned I would need valve cover gaskets replaced in the near future. I wasn't told it needed to be done now. I will be going back to have that done. I highly recommend Poulsbo Firestone.

FRAUD ( I am getting a refund so don't worry)nI ordered tires 03/22, made an appointment for the following day. When I showed up to my appointment the next day I was told their guy was running late- But I could drop the wheels off and they'd put the new tires on then give me a call. I showed up and they put the new tires on. Upon leaving my TPMS light came on ASAP, then I wondered to myself if they did a tire light reset or what went wrong?? I checked my invoice and was charged for both new sensors and a tpms relearn/programing... It wasnt done right for sure.nnI gave them a call and they said they'll take a look at it. (I checked tire pressure in the meantime and scanned it and my scantool got a no communication/signal with all 4 wheels=charged for tire sensors never installed) I showed up and a worker used the TPMS tool out in the parking lot but picked up no signal, he later said my new (used) set of wheels I bought in NEVER HAD SENSORS originally and they never installed sensors. I then asked why I was CHARGED FOR THE TPMS SERVICE * Any tech should know the light will come on if there's no sensors.nnAs a remedy the manager offered to swap the sensors from my old wheels for FREE (sounds great right)… not. I made an appointment and showed up 4/06 As my car was in the shop i was asked if I wanted the old wheels on the old tires. I 100% told them not to worry about it (didn't car about remounting the old set) Then they charged me for remounting the old set.nnFRAUD (trip1 tpms kit and tpms service that wasnt done. trip2 remounting old tires i specifically told them not to do so)
