Worst delivery service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Twice now I have had products from Amazon delivered by them. Both times were miserable. First time the person that delivered a bed - He could barely handle the product by himself (rolled up mattress), almost dropping it off the truck. Second time they showed up 1.5 hours late - I was unable to answer my phone due to work and so they left. Customer service is unable to do anything to mitigate frustration, and driver refused to come back. Unfortunately this is who Amazon contracts with, and there is no one to hold liable. If you can avoid using them I can promise that you will be happier in the long run.
Stripped the screws on the assembly of a $5k bed that wasn’t discovered until it had to be disassembled to be moved, resulting in additional costs and frustrations. DWR should not use XPO logistics.
Easy delivery point with easy access semi docks and pleasant staff.
About half the time...they get the orders right, and prepare them right. It's some kind of transition period for this restaurant, and it's rough for all of of to go through. Usually this place is terrific, they have some distance to cover as they make improvements to their service and performance in the kitchen.
