The moment I arrived at the host stand, I knew I was in the right place. Joyce was attending to another customer, but took the time to acknowledge me. I was seated promptly by another woman, who was also super friendly. Joyce took care of me and couldn't have been more attentive and kind. And the food was superb and quick! Thank you for a wonderful meal!

I read the other reviews beforehand and can only shake my head at the things they ordered.nnWings were actually really good and well seasoned. No complaints based on my experience.

Food was very good and so was the drinks! service was great as well however the cleaning products they use bleached my pants. My new jeans now have a seat shaped bleach pattern on the backside. Not happy at all.

Employees were friendly, quick to take order, bring the food, checking on me to see if I needed anything else. The sides were good but the BBQ ribs wern't anything special. Most rib places the ribs are tender, meat is falling off the bones because they had been cooked for a long time. The meat on these ribs was difficult to chew; seemed like they just got the cheapest thing they could find, throw some bbq sauce on it and serve it.

Shady bait and switch on Priority Pass, the app notes that $28 will be covered, however when the bill comes, they tell you after the fact that beverages are not covered. I travel all the time and use priority pass all the time and this is the first that I've encountered this, when I brought up that this was misleading customers to the management, Josh, he did not seem to understand at all, noted that he had no control, and told me now I know for next time. I hope to anyone reading this that you look for the other options at SeaTac airport, you do not subject yourself to the bait and switch and terrible management service.
