We had the door opened for us, greeted and asked how we were. The staff was friendly and great. Our waitress was great, she stayed up with the refills and served us with things like bread and soup while waiting for our meal.nnI ordered the fettuccine Alfredo. I personally liked the meal I ordered but I would change a couple things about it to make it better and worth the price. Using real fettuccine noodles and thickening the sauce would be a great start. The soup was a too salty and neither of us could finish it, unfortunately. The garlic bread was alright.nnThe inside is really nice, I liked the layout of the table. Overall, not a bad experience just could use some alterations here and there. So, here’s to a helpful review to know about the experience of the food and atmosphere since the business just started up again.nnOne last thing, the hours are a bit confusing. The family that owns it said Monday to Sunday 11a.m - 9p.m but now the hours are changed back to Tuesday- Saturday 4pm to 8pm...

Palermo's has really stepped their game up with their delicious pizza. First time trying this place out I wasn't extremely impressed with the quality of food, but trying their pizza has really changed my mind. Pricing on the pizza is great for the quality, and taste different from the other pizza places we have in town. The service is still great and very welcoming, and the overall setup of the restaurant is very neat. I hope this restaurant continues to improve so they can be a top spot in La Grande.

Cozy atmosphere. The staff... Abosulelty adorable, and friendly. We were greeted with a smile, and always were met with one. Thank you for making me feel at home :)nThe GARLIC BREAD. I will be working on the words to describe this at a later date, however I can inform you they do not have enough stars to accurately score this bread!!!nThe combo pizza blew my mind. So filling with Supreme flavor. Kudos to the fine estsblishment.nI will be eating here again.

Our first experience here was great, I generally order off menu and the staff and chef were very accommodating and lovely to work with. Husband was very pleased with his meal and he's hard to please!!

I cannot express how unimpressive this restaurant was. Too cold inside, bland, poorly trained wait staff, and nothing gluten free (2020 y’all... get with it). As an avid lover of Italian food, I’m thoroughly disappointed...
