Metro by T-Mobile

I have been with Metro pcs for years no real issues. I went to get a phone upgrade it went smoothly. I am not sure what the women's name was but she was great. I would definitely go back there.

Short Mexican lady is alway rude when I go in and always on her phone, if the Card machine is down wouldn't you think to put a sign up so I dont wast my time walking in just poor service need better workers nicer people

Horrible phone service horrible customer service. Their phones don't call nine-one-one. I was robbed a few weeks back and I tried to call nine-one-one three times and it said I was outside of service area. It's illegal for phone companies to prevent you from contacting 911. I have been fighting with him ever since to resolve this issue and they keep beating me around the bush trying to reset my signal and just doing nothing to fix the problem. About fed up with them ready to call my lawyer!
