The owner is never around, when it snows he doesn't shovel so you can't drive to your unit. He won't return phone calls if you have a number that isn't local. You are expected to leave payment in his mail box that isn't locked and he gives no receipts. He locked my shed out and I can't get a hold of him to make the payment so I can get my things out.
Out our the way but with an on site (live-in) manager it is very secure.
