Its been nothing but a good experience with a n 1 storage. I appreciate the on site managers politeness. And its open 7days a week witch is awsome the only reason for the 4 star rating is due to they close at 5.other than that I have absolutely no complaint and pricing is fair. We had our RV stored at this location and the Owner Todd and his office girl were awesome, He came out and helped me park our RV and gave me great advise, If I ever have to store again in Klamath Falls he is the number one place I will go, I highly recommend A-1 Storage

Units are clean, no water leakage during the rainy times, bug free, very very helpful staff, very very friendly to work with.. the gate may close at 5 PM, and that's alright with me..

Great prices and more secure than any prior facility of which I've held my belongings

I absolutely love the guy managing this place. He is extremely friendly and a joy to talk to. Also the storage units are very clean and there are no mice or anything. In fact he does everything he can to keep them away.
