Kfalls Maintenance

We had them fix our roof venting issue and do some interior work like replace the door & frame to our bedroom. During the times of COVID it is nice to have professionals in your house who are respectful and get the job(s) done quickly. We shopped around and they were the best value. We will be hiring them for additional work in our house.

KFalls Maintenance replaced our deck and stairs to our front door. When I contacted Phil through the website he responded via email the same business day and set up an expectation of when he would be able to look at the job and give me an estimate. I ended up giving him the job because he showed up on time, talked about all our options and was professional. He finished the job quickly and was honest with us the entire time with when we could expect him and what he would get done each day. The finished product is more than we would have hoped for and makes the front of our house look even nicer. I would highly recommend Phil and KFalls maintenance. He is honest, trustworthy and reliable and will get the job done.

Kfalls Maintenance did a great job designing, creating and installing my stair railings. They were quick and reasonably priced. Phil was very easy to work with, professional and really nice.
