Just picked up my Jeep from Prewitt’s. Outstanding repair quality, we are quite impressed. Aside from great work, Katie is friendly and welcoming. We will use Prewitt's for any future needs! They also worked really hard to accommodate my complicated work schedule. Overall, it was a painless experience. They know their stuff from start to finish.

Brought in fender flares to Dave for my Jeep. He told me that I needed to have them soda blasted before he would prep them for paint. So as a woman I did as he asked. After picking them up from the soda blaster, I took them back to Dave and he told me that he would call me back with an estimate. So we called back and talked with Katie and she said that he would call us back and never did. I feel that he took advantage of me as a woman. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. If he would have been honest and up front about doing the work instead of trying to tell me how to do the work and called back like he said he would, we would not wasted all this time and extra money. Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism of Dave.
The service we received was outstanding, they kept us informed of everything that was happenimg on our repair. Fantastic customer service.
