The location is super clean and they made everything completely clear as far as our lease went. My Partner and I live in Portland so getting a unit here was too expensive. Northwest Self Storage in Scappoose was the smart and perfect decision. I definitely recommend them!

The property is immaculately clean, the security is top notch, the units appear brand new and Samantha has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It is one of the best experiences I’ve had when dealing with a storage unit.

I was very disappointed in the staff the superviser was very rude and would not give me corpert info when asked and would not recomade this storage facility had to go to corpert for solutions to my issues dont go there
