Made reservations online to rent storage room two times but when I got to the rental office the computer is having problems. At my job if I'm having problems with a computer I make sure it gets fixed if I don't I Guarantee you I'll get fired

Awesome service, these guys were great. They did a hitch install and were awesome with the whole trailer rental process. Did a long move and it was a great deal to just pull a trailer across the country. The only issue I have is when the hitch install went in the guy was great but he could have not just tossed everything from the back into the front. I would have preferred to know the back needed to be cleared out and I would have made sure of that myself. Other than that great.

I have used their services for both personal and business needs with great experiences each time. The vehicles were a little dusty on the inside but other than that they were in good working condition. The employees are friendly and helpful with great customer service skills. It is a pleasant change from other not so pleasant u-haul locations in the area.

They were courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond. I had a wait while getting my car wired. They treated everyone who came through the door in the same courteous manner. Highly recommend!
