While back in town over the holidays, I dropped into Asana Yoga. It's a beautiful studio, and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. The yoga room was heated, but not too hot. They have blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps to borrow for free. I brought my own mat. I love the paint color and the full moon that's painted on the wall. The decorations and lighting are relaxing and beautiful. I highly recommend it.
Love Asana! Jill is very knowledgeable and kind. They have taken great care of me for various running needs; from shoes to gels and my Garmin. Highly recommend them!
The staff are knowledgeable and kind. Their studio is such a relaxing place. Strongly recommend yoga with them. Yoga is so good for us. Thanks for the help with learning this practice. The essential oils are a benefit too.
Great experience buying shoes! They know their products and how to fit you for the correct shoes. Their prices are very competitive with online and you get amazing service! I highly recommend!
I’ve taken yoga classes at Asana and have made numerous other purchases of gear and supplements for endurance training and competition. I have always been happy with my experience. Josh and crew are experts in their craft and are a terrific resource to veterans and newbies alike. This place is a gem and I can only hope they stick around for a long time to come.
