Asana Yoga and Sole

While back in town over the holidays, I dropped into Asana Yoga. It's a beautiful studio, and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. The yoga room was heated, but not too hot. They have blocks, blankets, bolsters, and straps to borrow for free. I brought my own mat. I love the paint color and the full moon that's painted on the wall. The decorations and lighting are relaxing and beautiful. I highly recommend it.

I’ve taken yoga classes at Asana and have made numerous other purchases of gear and supplements for endurance training and competition. I have always been happy with my experience. Josh and crew are experts in their craft and are a terrific resource to veterans and newbies alike. This place is a gem and I can only hope they stick around for a long time to come.
