Spaziano's Pizzeria

Normally the wife and I love ordering from Spaziano's, but tonight not so much. I placed my order online at 535p and received a confirmation email with a delivery window(no contact) of 610-620. Not even 2 minutes later I received another email changing the delivery eta to 630-640, which was perfectly fine. I left instructions to leave it at the back door opposed to the front since there is typically more parking in the side of my house than my front. 630 and 640 both came and gone without a knock or a phone call from a delivery driver letting us know the delivery was made. I called Spaziano's to ask them if they had a new eta for my delivery. The person who answered the phone told me that the delivery was made in the window that was scheduled. So, I walk to my back door and open it finding the 2 pizzas that I ordered sitting there in 38 degree weather. I asked the guy on the phone if there was a reason why the delivery driver didn't notify us of our food being delivered. He told me that I didn't say in my instructions that I wanted to know when my food arrived and I should've picked it up off the porch faster. I'm pretty sure every delivery I have ever received in any of the cities that I've lived in, the delivery driver always knocks, rings the doorbell, or calls when they arrived. The fact the worker on the phone thinks it's ok to make a delivery and not let the customer know it's deliver is crazy. Spaziano's do better in the future because I love your pizza(when it's hot).

Pizza wasn’t hot or even warm and there’s a piece that has “no” cheese and my sodas were both shaken up and exploded. My fries are soggy and soaked in condensation. Overall the worst $30 spent for lunch. I do not appreciate the poor quality in delivery and the overall quality of the food was GARBAGE

I grew up in NY, very Italian neighborhood, and the pizza here stands with the best of them. Not even considering trying other places.

Spaziano's is easily the best delivery in the area- not just the best pizza. First of all, our house has been slowly but surely eating our way through the menu, and thus far NOTHING has disappointed! Personal favorites include the Flag of Italy pizza and the chicken broccoli Alfredo. On top of that, they're always polite, helpful, and fast. I can't recommend Spaziano's highly enough!!

Some of the best pizza I've had in northern New England. I stop everytime I'm in town.
