Called at least 100 times never had them willing to schedule a job is this even an electrician?

Our washing machine broke down, and it was repaired by Quality Electric, and covered by GE’s warranty. I gave three stars due to the issue that they NEVER came to check out the issue. They assumed, it was one thing and it ended up being another. They made us wait over 3 weeks for parts, and ended up calling GE’s customer service line, to ASK what the problem was so they could fix it. Richard (technician) was fantastic and once his company gave him the correct part fixed our issue in less than 30 minutes!

Larry and his crew got the job done, and they were even willing to work with my home warranty company. However American Home Shield messed everything up, and then Larry kindly decided to let it all go. I didn't expect this, but I told him I would always return to Quality Electric when necessary. Thanks Larry!! I recommend Quality Electric for all of your electrician needs, and don't be a dummy.....ALWAYS hire a licensed technician or you will pay a hefty price trying to save a few cents in the end. Quality Electric does the job, so give them a call!!

Nice folks. Called out for a bid the last of September and was told work would start 1st of Nov.nWell after the first, when I hadn't receive the bid nor had I heard from them, I called and asked when they would be starting the work and how much it was going to cost...they had no record of their first visit therefore didn't have a bid nor was I scheduled for work. Unapogetically, they said I would have to wait another 6 weeks to get the work done or get the work done by someone else.
