Sanford Children's Clinic

I really love this pediatrician! My son goes to Dr. Frost, and she is so bright and knowledgeable and kind! All of the nurses go the extra mile to put my two year old at ease, and he loves the “castle” theme of the building. He always gets a book and sometimes a toy. Plus, it’s nice that the lab is right below the building, so if you need testing done, you can just go downstairs instead of having to drive to another building. I have never had to wait more than fifteen minutes to get into my appointment. It’s convenient, and I’ve nothing but good experiences there!

This place is a joke. The receptionist staff is rude and unprofessional (especially the old woman at that front). Not to mention very inconsiderate. Take your business elsewhere. They don’t deserve anyone’s money. I recommend ZERO stars!!!

Wonderful doctors and nurses.nHowever, the billing department is a joke. I have had to call and remind them that I have insurance, and give them my insurance information again over 4 times and I am STILL getting bills for visits that are covered by my insurance.
