Must say first I have never liked car dealerships. I found Shasta View Motors in Klamath Falls online.My husband and I went there to look for a used car. very hesitant. We showed up and we’re very impressed by the cars John had on the lot. First impression was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. No pressure style. We also feel that we got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service. John truly is the best. We would highly recommend him to family and friends. These guys are awesome, highly recommended they sale good quality used cars i was recommended to go here by my sister. She bought a car from them 3 or 4 years ago and still has the car in good condition. I made a purchase here and was very satisfied with the price. And he was willing to hold it for me tell i could pay it off. Just cause my card would not allow me to pull off as much as i needed. I payed it off in 4 days. And got the car once it was paid off, Thank you so much. Im very satisfied, my little sister will be coming here to, hopefully soon. ❤
