I am writing to say what a great car buying experience my wife and I recently had at the Lithia Ram dealer in Klamath Falls. We bought a 2021 Ram1500 Classic Tradesman Quad Cab 4x4 truck with standard box from this dealer. We drove five hours from Hood River to purchase this truck because it was the best priced vehicle around Oregon and had all the features we wanted. (We checked the website inventory of approximately fifteen different Ram dealers.) John “J.D.” Dahle was our salesperson. We were so happy with the service we received from him. He was personable, straight forward and knowledgeable. He was careful to answer any questions that came up. We felt no pressure. I would not buy a car any other way.
