Great business. Fast professional. Sweet lady answered the phone really worked with me to get me in my car. Mike came out from being on a long distant job. To get me in my car same day. My daughter went out of town to visit her sister (also my daughter) in Astoria. They went on a walk with the babies. Somehow her car key was lost! She didn’t have a way to return home and back to work without the key. We called A Coastal Lock-n-Key to see if they could help.nnCheryl’s smiling voice answered the phone. We asked if she knew if it were possible to make a copy of a picture of a key for my daughter. She said it was hopeful, and we sent her the picture in a text! The next person I spoke with was Allan. He was very kind. He said he made two copies and he would go to the car to see if they worked. He met my daughter outside. While he was there, the neighbor said they found her other key in the yard! Both copies of the keys Allan made worked!! he gave her the keys -four of them. He said, “There will be no charge today”! She was so moved by their generosity!nnWe highly recommend A Coastal Lock-n-Key to anyone who needs help with the services they offer! They are good people with top shelf service!

Mike the service man. Answer the phone in a timely manner showed up in a timely fashion and performed a service like a true professional. Very efficient and real reasonable rates. A person I can trust with my family and their security. Thank you for the team over at coastal lock for all you do for the community.

Renter moved and took the keys! I was surprised how much patience they need to pick a lock. They had to finally drill the deadbolt out. A new deadbolt (they had available) and all locks rekeyed to the same key....we were in!! Good guys!
