Joe Di Bartolomeo was absolutely amazing in such a scary and stressful time for me. Don't know what I would do if I didn't have his help throughout this whole process. He truly did make it easy and as much stress free as he could, and that is all I could have asked for. Joe is AWESOME!!! He makes you feel very comfortable, he explains things thoroughly, stays focused, even if you screw up, he's got you covered! He stays in contact, Karen his office manager is AWESOME too!!! She is very helpful and polite, patient, and wonderful to deal with. They have working with me now for around 2 years. Joe handled my case when I was hit by a car as a pedestrian in 2015 in Astoria. He skillfully and kindly led me through the legal maze of dealing with attorneys, insurance companies, medical records requests and arbitrators. Legal issues can be intimidating. Joe was professional and very human through the whole process. I ended up being awarded the maximum allowable claim on my insurance. I greatly appreciate his expertise, and could not have completed this process without him. He was an outstanding advocate. I'd recommend him highly to anyone who needs an attorney.
