I worked with Sunil Raju on a challenging landlord-tenant case. My tenants were turned out to be scam artists & not only refused to pay rent, but also ended up stealing much of my personal property & were responsible for extensive damage to the property. Sunil helped me negotiate a resolution to get them out and help me gain closure. Mr. Raju also helped me with implementing new policies for a multi-unit property to help me protect my tenants and property rights. I highly recommend him!
