Love it here. Ira brings an energetic and positive attitude that makes you want to work harder. The classes are put together well and you’re walked through everything step by step. His kids classes are awesome and he makes the gym feel more like a family. What I love most about the gym is if you don’t feel like doing any classes there’s weights and equipment to get your workout in.

Good school. Did the Wednesday sparring class, everyone was welcoming. Everyone was also good at keeping the training safe and productive.

Good school if you want to get after it. We tried the mma class and got some good safe sparring in. Everyone was nice.
