Getting my car serviced at Kia took about two hours with all they had to do. But it got done and my car is in great shape. There was even a recall issue that was also taken care of. In am a procrastinator and I was behind on my service. They are kind and helpful. They explained everything they Did to my car and had good things to say about my car. Would I go back to Kia again OH for sure.

My service went smoothly and in an acceptable time frame. A nice bonus was the car wash at the end of my service. Everyone was friendly and more then willing to answer any question I may have had. Very satisfied!

Solid five stars. Sarah was outstanding and very knowledgeable. Finally a car dealership that treats you like you are important, not just a sale. I will stop here for my next purchase without a doubt.

I've used Warrenton Kia three times now and each visit has been positive and satisfactory. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. In addition to the excellent service they hand wash your car upon completion of the work. Wow! Only four stars instead of five is due to not doing warranty work for my Hyundai but they do of course for your Kia. I can recommend them with confidence!

Everybody that helped me out from beginning to end were so Awesome! They answered every question regardless of how silly it may have been. In the end I got ”almost” everything I wanted for what I wanted it for (price/payment and plan). Sarah Oxford and Joe in finance were so very cool, helpful, and professional. Best experience I had with a car dealership!
