A perfect little hideaway with amazing charm and food, Patty herself a gem and amazing host and cook, her service is second to none, a great place to just forget the world and cozy up to delicious home-cooked meals just like your mom or grandmother would make, fresh in house baked goods and food, and strong coffee. You'd be foolish not to add this place to your stops if visiting town. Loved by locals and tourists alike.

Great home cooking, the brownies were so good I had to buy all of them to share them with my friends. 10/10 customer service! If your looking for a delicious meal trust me and go here, it’s better to support this small business rather than going to any old chain breakfast place that’d cost you more anyways. I thank Patty for her wonderful wonderful wonderful little hidden gem of a cafe. Will definitely be coming back.

All the restaurants in Seaside are busy this month, but only a few are really worth waiting for. Patty's has only a few (COVID) tables and Patty herself does all the cooking and serving. I thoroughly enjoyed my corned beef hash &eggs; my wife loved her buckwheat pancakes. Coffee was good, as well. On the east side of the bridge just a few steps off Broadway! Don't miss it - breakfast and lunch only, no weekends!

The lady working there was a raging B word! My daughter and I are visiting for the week from NC and my daughter asked if we could dine in, asking because back in NC there has been limits to how many people can dine in at once.(I explained to her that my daughter asked because we are from out of state) The lady was beyond rude to my daughter and said obviously there's dine in since people are there then pointed us to a table in the corner and told us we can sit there and be away from everyone else. My daughter was asking to be respectful and conscientious of the other patrons and was talked down to by that rude lady and almost brought to tears. We left and we hope nobody else has the awful experience there that we had. Zero stars if I could give it.

Patty’s place is a hidden gem! She cooks the best homemade breakfast at the best price in all of Seaside. We came back multiple times. Patty is a hoot! Her cafe is a quaint, cute little place that reminds you of home.
