U.S. Bank Branch

Monday morning at 11:00, walked in to do my banking . I was the only customer stood waiting to be helped there was six employees working not a hello or can I help you. They were all doing their own thing. I waited until a lady walked in from the back to help me. Need to be friendly to your customers.

Jason from the Cannon Beach US Bank location was very helpful in explaining my account balance in regards to my funds availability and told me he could make my deposit available a day early and then called me right back to let me know that he was able to make it available to me right away without my asking.
