My first experience was positive. Due to Covid, only the drive thru is open and that's perfectly fine. A poor review isn't warranted for that reason. I experienced a quick, smooth, friendly transaction. My food was hot and tasted wonderful! Real ud83eudd5aeggs! Welcome to Valley City, McDonald's! We are so happy you're here!!!!

This place is a joke I do not recommend I went in at 9:00 pm. all the employees are in the back and can clearly see me but nobody was at the front. So I waited 10 minutes and walked away looked around in loves saw another guy walk out because of no service. then went back to see if they were doing anything still no service. im a truck driver and wanted dinner and you expect 15hr to stand there and bs and not do your job. imagine if I didn't do mine but still got paid for it so kindly do your job or quit.

I’ve been there 5 times they pretty much messed up every order .. but this last time they gave our order to the car in front of us and they called the girl back because clearly it wasn’t their order she then tries to give us that same order that had already been inside that car and in the middle of a pandemic!! Really ? I’m appalled at their lack of safety protocol ...finally after nearly 20 minutes we got the the order .. we will not be returning there

The food was cold, and old. This place is brand new though. Should be good and going in a few months.

Wasn’t even waiting that long and they gave me my food free due to a reset with the system (3:30 am). Very professional and classy.
