We hired John Phillips, owner of Brand Painting Inc., to paint six rooms in our house and our exterior of our home and our detached shop-garage. John did an outstanding job cleaning, scrubbing, taping and painting with two coats of paint on siding gutters and trim. John has outstanding customer skills, honest and fair prices, and always goes the extra-mile to please his customers. While he was painting on our property, three of our neighbors talked to John and hired him to paint their homes, and all have been totally satisfied with his work. When it came time to paint the exterior of our home, we contracted with Brand Painting, Inc. John came over, assessed the condition of our existing paint, gutters, downspouts, siding,, facia, etc. and described what needed repaired and prepped. He then explained in detail their painting process. I was concerned about the quality and longevity of the paint. They assured us that the prep work is critical and that they only use the best paint systems. They left color samples with us so we could take the necessary time to change our minds a hundred times before settling on the colors. We felt no pressure from John. In fact, his professional demeanor and confidence in his work really put us at ease from start to finish.nnWhen work began, I was amazed at their attention to detail. All seams were caulk-sealed. Necessary repairs were made. And extensive prep work and washing was performed efficiently. Their crew always left the job site clean and picked-up. In fact, many of our friends and neighbors didn't even realize the painting process was going on because it was done so efficiently. John gave us daily updates on their progress, which was really great.nnIn the end, our house looks AMAZING! The attention to detail throughout the project really manifested itself in the end results.
