Adventure Missoula

Our family had an amazing time. The instructions were great and I felt safe at all times. Jess was the best guide and very informative and interacted with us. Out of all of our activities we did on vacation, this was by far our favorite. This one will be a great memory for years. Thank you!

We did the half day whitewater rafting Alberton Gorge trip. I was impressed with all the staff. They took care to make sure our life jackets fit properly and gave us all the necessary instructions to keep us safe. Ellie was our guide and she was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the river and its surroundings. She taught us proper rowing techniques so we could have success. I felt safe with her as our guide. Most of all she made our trip so fun!

I recently did a full day fly fishing with Jacob Putnam and had the most exceptional time. He was great, reaching out to me in advance to discuss fishing location options, meal preferences and even picked and dropped me off from my hotel. Having never fly fished before he made an excellent teacher explaining and showing techniques and offering praise and constructive feedback. I ended up landing 5 fish that day! I can't imagine a better guide or a better way to spend a day.

Our rafting experience was awesome! Our guide, Alexis, was fun and shared great information about the river and area. Definitely something we will do again. I grew up in MT and am familiar with the scenery, but the beauty experienced while rafting the river was unexpected. It’s truly amazing.

1/2 Day Clark Fork White Water RaftingnOur excursion was absolutely amazing and way exceeded our expectations. Our guide Trevor greeted us and walked us through how the day was going to go. He made sure our life-vests were fitted properly and described to us all of the safety protocols we would need to know for the trip. Once we got out on the water, Trevor taught us the proper techniques for rafting (we were total beginners who had never gone white water rafting before)! The trip starts out with Class 1 rapids, so we had a few chances to practice before the more difficult Class 2 & 3 rapids. During the rapids, Trevor gave us clear instructions to ensure we made it through the rapids safely. Between rapids, Trevor pointed out wildlife (eagles, vultures, and minks!), taught us some local history, and shared stories with us! We truly had the most amazing experience, and we cannot wait to go rafting again with Adventure Missoula!!!
