Scott Hart Building

I have been on hold for now 1 hour and 49 minutes. My call was answered after 45 minutes on hold and the assistant, who was very polite, could not answer my question and needed to transfer me to another department. I have one question about getting a license reinstated and paying a fine. This question could be answered in a matter of seconds. What's the hold up? This is the third time this has happened since calling with very basic questions. I have called three times, and each time is about 45-60 min. wait time... and currently still on hold.
