Great customer service. Tim setup our storage unit instantly so we could start filling it up immediately. The unit was clean and easy to access. Electronic gates were easy to use and security was outstanding. I would recommend the American Storage on the outskirts of East Helena in a heart beat.
We rented 4 units off and on over the course of two years to store our possessions while building/remodeling. The owner, Tim, is friendly, responsive, and his service was excellent. The units were clean and all logistics were taken care of promptly. Can't think of anything I would suggest for improvement.
I am very pleased with American Storage and must advocate for anyone needing affordable storage. It was a pleasure to have done business with such professionals. They are Good @ It!
Very secure storage . Access gate accessibility was fantastic as well. Great paved roads as well too. Known Tim for a great while now and is a out standing guy , with great integrity!
GREAT customer service. Every time I had a question, Tim responded right away. Fantastic facility in East Helena, clean and secure. Would highly recommend if you need a spot to store your items!!
