McGruff Park

Great place to gather for a picnic.

Spring the Wild but friendly Canadian Goose Flock show up for a month or so! Pluse there is a skate park for my older grandkids and Basketball court, and a great play aera for the little ones also! So a place for the whole family fun day! Bathroom ud83dudebb on site, so bring a picnic and make a day of it!

Came up based on Google search for “off leash dog park”. Definitely not an off leash dog park.

For being such a big park and what sits across the way from it I don't think it deserve more the 3 stars. It's nice but alot of emptyness. There basket ball court a small play area. Big Field and a small skate park beside it. With it being across from the famous Berkeley pit. I think they should put a little more effort I to this. It use to have this high big slide that was built to resemble one of the mine shafts but was quickly takin down due to too many kids getting hurt on it. I think making a smaller version would have been great but they took down the stairs and slide part and all that remains is the shape of the mine shafts.
