I would give this place a zero if I could I’m so disgusted. With weeks of advanced noticed they still didn’t have any of the parts needed to complete repairs. Asked for a call before any work was done, and of course wasn’t called so paid $270 for what I could have done myself & know did NOT take $270 worth of time. & at the end of it all, was MADE FUN OF for wearing the LEGALLY REQUIRED MASK in the shop. Will be reporting them for not following state mandates themselves. Save your money & buy a Toyota.

Not impressed the vehicle we looked at had check engine light on (transmission issues). The salesman said he didn't know anything about it, the next day called back and said oh yeah I do remember something about that. Was a nice try for a salesman I won't be going back.

I am new to Hamilton, MT and needed service on our Fiesta. Having worked for a Ford Dealer in MN, I am pretty familiar with how things work. I called Joe, their Service Manager, and discussed the car's problem. He was pleasant, professional and got the car fixed...what more do you want? A Service Manager's job is NOT easy...He did well...I give him/them a 5.0.
