The long wait in the drive through is gettin Really old, if there's not enough employees or employees who can't do their job as required to be a fast paced multi tasking employees or to handle 2 order lanes plus the online ordering, and deliver hot food and cold beverages then y'all need to hire people t that can get the job done during any business hours that your open! Or shut down a lane, shut down online ordering during specific times. Don't be that business that promotes and advertises more than it can handle. Pissing customers off for real. If your short on evening shift employees then close the extra drive through order lane. C'mon man a little common sense goes a long way.

I absolutely hate McDonald's except for their fries and their breakfast this time I had breakfast it was great sausage egg McMuffins hash browns and orange juice you can't beat it

All I wanted was a sweet tea. They were out of sweet tea. It's not even busy. No one in drive through but me and no one parked to walk in either. Tea doesn't take that long, I used to make vats of it all the time.If it were something fried the would ask me to park and they would bring it out to me. They didn't offer. Normally I wouldn't complain but this has happened to me three times at this location (Lolo). So there I sit, waiting in a line of cars to get nothing. Didn't even get a sorry. Dang. Can't drive away either because they built a curb around the drive through. If I had a truck though..... LoLnnSo what gives McDonald's? Why are you guys out of tea so much? Never mind you'll probably blame it on covid. Everyone else does.ud83dude1dud83eudd2a
