Hands down, one of my favorite restaurants in the charming town of Hamilton, Montana. I adore their menu selection and often bring clients to dine in this clean, quiet establishment. The food is always delicious, fresh and never disappoints. My clients love it too. The customer service has always been warm and friendly. I highly recommend Bouilla Restaurant!

Surprisingly tasty little sandwich and burger joint. Definitely my go to for lunch. The andouille sausage Po boy is epic. The fries are crisp (not soggy like most restaurants in their area. The curry BBQ dipping sauce served with the sweet potato fries is amazing.

We really enjoyed this place! Had a wonderful meal:beet salad (so fresh!) and they’re interesting Bouilla burger-had peanut butter on it, amongst other things. It was delicious! Finished the night off with their baked Alaska, meringue was done perfectly and the huckleberry ice cream was so tasty. Gave 4 stars bc service was painfully slow.

Spectacular service, thank you Kera! I I hope they’re paying you well. You aced doing take out and providing for several tables on your own. Kera’s recommendations didn’t disappoint- great beers, great wine. The beet salad was well plated and delicious. Burgers were delicious & loved the fresh baked buns. Sweet potato fries ruled. Best kept secret in Hamilton. Give them your business! If you’re looking for an alternative to a busy noisy brewery GO HERE. Any person giving this place a 1 star must be a nightmare customer.
