I have changed my review from 1 to 5 stars. When I first worked with Liberty it was thru a general contractor.The jobsite manager Melissa blamed Liberty regularly, and all the other subs, about why the work wasn't getting done, 3 months on a remodel with no one showing up. (Nov thru jan of last year) She told me repeatedly that they were not returning calls etc and that's why the work wasn't getting done. In the end I let the construction company go. I worked directly with Liberty after that and they were very responsive, showed up on time, were very quick with their work and did a nice job. I would use them again.

We used Liberty at the suggestion of our contractor. They were easy to work with, professional and thorough.
Called last night, told them my outlet was hot and I needed someone asap to come look at it. She was nice and said someone would be out to look at it first thing in the morning. Woke up to the phone call the next morning and was instantly told they won't work on a tralier...so my outlet could catch fire but you won't help me because it's a trailer? I'm just curious as to why and what the difference is from anywhere else? Talk about a rude awakening...she didn't even bat an eye. Just hung up.
