The person I worked with was extremely patient with me I had a 2 Hour appointment slot for me and I ended up being extremely late like 45 min due to unexpected emergencies. When I got there she didn't mind at all was very friendly and did her job very well. She was able to get through everything within the hour we had left of a 2hour appointment. She did a fantastic job and was the fastest person to ever file my taxes even with me having extra things to file this year.
