Helena North KOA

Very nice KOA stay over night or stay longer. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Newly remodeled office, laundry and showers. Sites are level with grass area and picnic table. Large grass area for kids to play. K-9 park is the excellent for dogs to run and play. With shade and water for the dogs.

Very nice grounds. Quiet location. Quick on and off I-15. Dog park is a nice addition. Sites are more than adequate and the park is well maintained. Showers are clean. Great overnight or longer option.

This was by far one of the worst KOAs we stayed at on our Roadtrip. Good thing, we only stayed one night on our way from Glacier NP to Yellowstone.nThe site we booked was electric only... Totally my fault when booking that I didn't read the fine print. We were on crushed rock with no shade and no table, etc. for $5 more per night, we could have had a full hook up site, but they were full. In my opinion, the electric only sites should be WAY less than the better sites.nMy main reason for the 2 stars was that my young daughter and I were followed into the bathroom by a homeless couple living in their truck. They used the showers and then followed us out of the bathrooms. When I alerted the on site manager, he said it was fine and that sometimes the homeless do that. Made me fear for mine and my children's safety. I would suggest finding someplace else.

This place is okay not ideal for me because of some of the other rv parks i have stayed at. A little on the crowded side but a good location as a base camp for exploring around the Helena Montana area. The managers seem nice here and the park is organized well. Somewhat quiet. Good services close by.

One star because I had to pick at least one. I was given a space on a gravel field.. no shade.. no grass .. no picnic table.. no one else parked there with a lovely view of the trash cans. The other sites had shade trees.. grass.. picnic table. I stay about an hour and said no way .. they changed me for a night .. Don't Stay Here
