Cardwell Store & RV Park

Good full hook-up RV site. Pleasant owner. Nice grounds including ponds. View of Boulder River (saw 2 fine bull moose across the river). Quite a bit of traffic noise from I-90 so I suggest picking a site away from the road. Clean laundry and bathrooms.

Extremely HIGH priced. Sign in the bathroom tells you to buy something to cover maintenance and they openly carry on prejudice conversations in front of customers!

Very nice little park just off the highway between Butte and Bozeman with quick and easy access. Lots of green grassy areas for the dogs to stretch their legs. Nice and clean and very accommodating.

Easy to park with pull-throughs, grassy area in the middle for kids to play, water and electric, a little pricey but manager was very nice as were the people in the store. In the evening we were able to see a moose eating from the trees about 25 feet from our camper, there were a lot of mosquitos but that's just the area in general, close to state park with caves and caverns.

This is the worst RV park we have ever stayed at in 50 years of RVing. We reserved a pull through with full hook ups and got water & power only. What's worse is they have no dump station. There was dog poop all over our site as well. The staff was unsympathetic saying could take it or leave it!
