I love Mackenzie River, but they need to figure out their online ordering system. Every time I go to order, by the time I finish checking out, they have turned off online ordering, whether on DoorDash or on their website. Sometimes this happens ten minutes after I have placed my order, and I have to reorder from a different restaurant. Very frustrating.nnThat being said, I have never had a problem inside the restaurant. The staff are courteous and welcoming, and the food is amazing. Definitely a first choice for eating out, just not delivery/online ordering.

Somehow this usually great place has fallen and deeply. Management needs to step up to the plate, in this case the take out/pick up order area and completely revamp the system. Personally I waited in line for 45mins other people believe it or not we're telling stories of up to a 2hr wait time. This is unacceptable, folks you're alienating many loyal and potential customers. Every business experiences growth but learns to grow with it wisely and more effectively. Good luck , you're going to need it !!!!

My favorite restaurant I've been to in Helena so far! Server was really nice and informative. Good beers on draft. Pizza was AMAZING! Got the Madison and Humble Pie. Both were terrific! Stoked we ordered so much that we had leftovers to take home. Signed up for their rewards program as well. Definitely be back!

For a chain I'd have to say this is as good as it gets and that is pretty darn good. Pizza comes out hot and they never cheat on the toppings. Big thumbs up.

My family and I ordered pizza, wings, and a Cobb salad to go yesterday. We really liked the two different kinds of pizza we ordered; traditional pepperoni pizza and a chicken spinach Alfredo pizza. We also loved the Cobb salad and MacKenzie River was nice about allowing us to switch out the blue cheese for feta and putting the avacado and cheese in a different container. We ordered 30 chicken wings since it was 75 cent wing night and ordered them plain with one of each of their sauces. The wings were cold, we only received two of their dipping sauces and the two we received were, for lack of a better term, disgusting. For the record, we did not receive barbecue sauce and did like the ranch we ate with our salad so perhaps if we had been provided those sauces we would have enjoyed the wings more.nMy family and I would highly recommend the pizza and Cobb salad at Mackenzie river, but not their wings.
