Being a small business owner, I can tell you how hard it is to keep up with all the needs and duties of a small business. Ridgeline helped set up all the accounting and HR at my facility. Setting up processes with my staff and team to streamline the operation. Ridgeline was able to connect the complex software with my day to day to make sure the accounting was coming over reconciled. Ridgeline helped me start monthly financial meetings so i could forecast year end and did a amazing job with tax strategy. Never have i had a accountant ask me what my long term goal was!!! Excellent customer service. Did a very thorough job completing our business and personal taxes. They found numerous very costly mistakes made by our former accounting firm. Are always available to give guidance on business purchases and planning for the future. Would highly recommend this business.

Worst customer service, was extremely late, lied about who would be doing service and what would be done, price and hours worked. Very abusive and useless so called firm. Just a big waste of time and a rip off. Very dismissive if you have any questions or concerns, your left in the dark with no return call for weeks if not a month while they do little to nothing and then surprise you with a big bill with no clear description of services rendered after promising not to do so then refused to return property or again left in the dark. The main owner thinks she is a business coach when they are accountants or bookkeepers? Not sure what kind of place this is just won’t be back. They won’t even communicate about a refund for over paid services or why your charged so high just to pay someone more money for their incomplete little to nothing work that of course they won’t do. Bookkeepers and accountants should be regulated from doing this to businesses especially local. Maybe New York there maybe better and honest services and not just the local vigilante group.
