Smith's Food and Drug

I don't come here often but I'm a fan of Smith's, Fred Myers and Kroger. Kinda like how it seems like the store goes from healthy food to junk food. All the snacks and junk food are kept on one end and fruits, vegetables, cheeses and proteins are kept on the other end. I did have a problem at self check out (The register didn't give me all my change and said cash machine error). The staff was super helpful, made sure I got all my change and double checked I got my receipt. The girl who helped me (I didn't see her name) was apologetic and said she had never seen this problem before. She solved my problem and was very kind. However this location is a bit strange. They keep ALL the diabetic supplies in the pharmacy, even glucose tablets. Took me a solid ten minutes of searching before I asked a tech. Felt silly having to ask for glucose tablets but the tech came back with the only flavor they had. Strange but I left with the product I was looking for.

There is deedee, Angie, tereas and aimie. they r just the best employees there.

The shelves were empty on all the sales that I wanted to purchase. To expensive prices are out of control. The sales and discounts Smiths offers are great but the prices are so high not for a family on a budget.

Did a pickup order. They did not give me one of the items that I paid for and was on my receipt. They would not refund me the money and were extremely rude! I’ll shop elsewhere from now on.

It's a grocery store. What more needs said!?
