Management truly cares about its members. Gym is always kept clean and organized. This gym is the go to spot in Jackson to hit your health and fitness goals!
I've been a member since February 2020 and have a gym membership in a different city also. My first gym is a large chain and is great, what I can tell you about Jackson Hole health and fitness is that even though it's a smaller gym its got everything you'll need to get a great workout, the equipment is in great shape and kept in great working condition, the staff is amazing, they are always very helpful and nice. I would recommend this gym to all my friends
The guy at the front desk was not wearing a mask. Got poor service including a passive aggressive statement as I left. The gym itself is nice. The locker rooms were dirty, especially the showers.
Great little gym. Very clean and nice staff. think it is also the only gym in town that isn't a crossfit gym which was a relief.
Great facility. Super friendly staff
