Whit went above and beyond in locating the small amount of Cat 6 wire we needed. He had it brought from Jackson the same day. We are just homeowners not a big contractor. I've rarely ever had such great service.

Got there early to return rental and got it done without a hitch. Everyone helpful and friendly as always. Had some fun with Dan, a CSI fan. Got the extras and out the door.

Awesome staff a gentleman noticed I needed help in the chainsaws and sent someone over within a few minutes of looking. The young man helped me with the saw then showed me trimmer parts I had been curious about and answered many questions. He even made sure my purchase was full of gas and started before I left. Good luck getting that from a big box store. He filled out the warranty information. Last time I tried to return a trimmer to a big box store they said I forgot to fill out the warranty so I was out of luck. Great job Valley Lumber!

Elliot the manager was very rude. Asked a simple question and he went off on how Americans need to this and that. Not impressed at all
