Delcon did a remarkably thorough, professional, and friendly job of planning, designing, and installing a retrofit in-floor heating system in my house. The work was accomplished in a timely manner, and the crew cleaned up after itself in a very considerate way.

Ask them to install a wifi thermostat. Communication was difficult from the start and continued until the invoice was paid. The thermostat was originally intended for the living room. On the day of install the electrician found they were unable to put it there due to incompatible wiring coming from the cove heaters. They ended up installing it in a bedroom. After the install was completed I tried to connect to the thermostat and was unable. I called the electrician and was informed she did not program it. When i originally contact Delcon i explained to them i wanted wifi so i could control the temperature from my primary residence. I called Delcon and was told someone would come out to program it. I never heard anything further from them and later received the invoice. I was left with an expensive thermostat that did nothing more than the one it replaced.
