Nobody calls you back. Service is sub std.
I went to do fingerprint and I arrived a little earlier then what I supposed to be. So the lady decide to close and golgo for lunch. I never see something like that! They should have a person working all day long specially when people need to travel. Not happy with the service at all.
Always helpful, professional, empathetic and understanding.
The lady in the office was upset with me before I walked in and was kicked me out to sit on bench while renewing son’s license she has quite an attitude problem
